Pointer mode is activated, a pointer operation mode is activated with displaying a pointer at a display point spaced apart from the touch point on the touch screen such that the pointer is not hidden by the finger. The display point of the pointer is moved in association with a movement of the touch point in case of a touch-movement. The touch-movement indicates that the finger moves keeping in touch with the touch screen. An object is set in a selection-standby state when a touch-up happens while the pointer is disposed on the object. The touch-up indicates that the finger loses touch with the touch screen. The object is activated when a selection command is input during the selection-standby state.
Wherein the selection-standby state is limited within a predetermined time period after the touch-up, and the pointer is erased from the touch screen when the selection command(one click) is not input until the predetermined time period elapses.
